SMS & Messaging Consent

Vendacres only sends text messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in. This page describes how we collect that consent and what you can expect.

How Opt-In Is Collected

When a property manager or business contact submits our contact form, they are presented with an optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Vendacres about my inquiry, scheduling, and service updates. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Up to 5 messages per month.

The checkbox is unchecked by default — consent is never assumed.

What Messages You May Receive

  • A confirmation or follow-up after submitting an inquiry
  • Scheduling or installation coordination messages
  • Service updates related to your vending or mini market placement

We do not send marketing blasts or promotional messages via SMS.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry status, but will not exceed 5 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected is used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate service with Vendacres.
